We just finished the 2024 season, we were Finalists at both the FIT District San Antonio and the FIT District Space City competitions. We won the Innovation in Control Award at Space City. Our student Rishabh S. was the District Championship Dean's List Semi-Finalist. We were ranked 23rd out of 190 teams going into FIT District Championship. At the State competition held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in April we competed in the Apollo Divison as the Captain of Alliance 5 and competed at FIRST Championship in the Milstein Division.
During the 2023 season, we won the FIT District Channelview competition and was awarded the Autonomous Award. At the FIT District Space City competition we won the newly named FIRST Impact Award for the fourth time. We were ranked 19th out of 174 teams going into FIT District Championship. At the State competition held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in April we competed in the Apollo Divison and competed at FIRST Championship.
During the 2022 season, we competed in the Channelview District competition and won the District Chairman's Award for the third time. We also competed at the Pasadena I District competition and competed at the State competition held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in April. We ranked 18th in our Division at the State competition. We competed in the T.R.I. offseason competition in July finishing on the 3rd Alliance, and will compete again in late September at the Remix competition in The Woodlands.
During the 2021 season, the team was selected a FIRST Innovation Challenge Semifinalist. We were also awarded the Community Partner of the Year Award by the Child Advocates of Fort Bend. In June, we competed in the Texas Cup placing 7th in the Bluebonnet Division where we were the Sixth Alliance captain.
Sadly in 2020, the competition season was cut short due to the Covid-19 virus. However, we were able to compete in the Channelview District competition and win the District Chairman's Award.
During the 2019 season, we reached a new team milestone getting to compete at the FIRST Championship - Houston in the Roebling Division for the first time in team history. In addition, the team won the top team award at the Channelview District competition, District Chairman's Award. The team also won the District Engineering Inspiration Award at the Del Rio District Competition, and went on to win the top team award, Regional Chairman's Award, at the FRC District Championship held in Austin.
In the 2018 season, the team won the most awards in the team's history up to this point during a single season including a STATE championship. The team was the winner of the 2018 UIL Robotics State Championship and won three Spirit Awards during two regional competitions and at the state competition.
